Yeshu (ישו in Hebrew), an slight variations thereof such as Jeshu (Bible English transliteration) or Yeishu (Yiddish pronunciation), is the name of at least a few persons in various works of classical Jewish rabbinic literature, including the Babylonian Talmud (redacted before 600) and the classical midrash literature (written between 200 and 700).
