Patapsco Female Institute (PFI) is a former girls' boaring school, now a rebuilt historical site, sitting at the top of the hill in Ellicott City, Maryland, United States. The grounds are home to many community events throughout the year including a Halloween haunted ruins tour created by Haunted Ruins, popular outdoor performances of Shakespeare by the The Chesapeake Shakespeare Company, archeological digs, weddings and summer camps.
