Peegs.com is the Iniana University branch of the Rivals' network of recruiting Web sites and was founded in the late 90s by Michael Pegram, who aptly named his site after his nickname: "Peegs." The site was formerly an IU fan page devoted to recruiting and other things Hoosier basketball, until Rivals bought a share of it, spurring Pegram to quit his day-time accounting job to head, at the time, the only media outlet completely devoted to IU basketball recruiting.
