Pine Mountain Club (known as PMC by the locals) is a census-esignated place (CDP) in Kern County, California, United States. The population was 1,600 at the 2000 census. This town is comprised mainly of vacation homes, northwest and west of the San Fernando Valley and Gorman, to the west of Interstate 5, and sits in a deep valley on the San Andreas fault, in the same area where the California Condor range.
