Pirlo is a typical Italian apéritif containing white wine (usually prosecco or Franciacorta), Campari (or Aperol) an seltzer; It's drunk before dinner with appetizers at happy hour. Pirlo was born in Brescia and its name comes from circular movement that makes Campari (or Aperol) falling into white whine ("pirlo" means "fall" in dialect of Brescia).
