PRACS Institute, Lt., established in 1983, is a rapidly-growing company that tests new or developing types of medicine. PRACS CEO is Dr. James Carlson, a former pharmacy professor at North Dakota State University. The company currently has locations in East Grand Forks, MN and Fargo, ND. In these two USA locations, there are over six hundred beds and on-site laboratories. PRACS opened an addition to their Fargo facility in November 2006 which more than doubled its size.
