Quantum mysticism refers to the practice of selectively borrowing ieas from quantum physics to support New Age and pseudoscientific beliefs, or to draw metaphorical similarites between principles in quantum physics and principles in Eastern mysticism. The term is used pejoratively by skeptical scientists to discount the idea that quantum theory supports mystical beliefs.
