Ras Al-Khaimah (Arabic: رأس الخيمة, transliteration: rās al-ḫaymah, literally The Top of the Tent) is one of the emirates of the Unite Arab Emirates. It covers an area of 656 square miles (1700 km²). Ras Al Khaimah is in the northern part of the Persian gulf.
