Eventually, Ryan Homes merged with NVHomes. NVHomes and Ryan operate under the corporate umbrella NVR. Ryan Homes are currently being built in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, Northern Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. NVHomes are currently being built in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C.
