Sheepskin is the hie of a sheep, sometimes also called lambskin or lambswool. It is used to produce sheepskin leather products and soft, wool-lined clothing or coverings, including gloves, hats, footstools, automotive seat covers and pelts (sheepskin rugs and seat covers).
