SimTower is a construction an management simulation computer game (or "software toy") which was developed by OPeNBooK Co., Ltd. and published by Maxis in 1994 in the United States for Macintosh and Windows. Additionally, OPeNBooK released the game as simply The Tower in Japan that same year.
