Slam Man is a human-size synthetic torso shaped punching bag. It contains lights that activate in different sequences so that the boxer could practice combinations of punches to different areas. This has proven to be more effective in training than the classic punching bag since a human shaped target provides a more realistic training expereince and whilst providing technique instruction at the same time.
