Spicer is a city in Kaniyohi County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,126 at the 2000 census. Spicer is known for being a tourist location which draws visitors to Green Lake, Sibley State Park, and other surrounding lakes, as well as for it's lakeside cottages and campgrounds. Due to its proximity to Green Lake and other lakes, the community is likely to experience future population growth, which is unlike the population decline experienced by other surrounding West Central Minnesota communities.
