Static Shock is an American animate television series produced by Warner Bros. Television. It premiered in September 2000 on Kids' WB, and ran for four seasons, with a total of 52 half-hour episodes. It was later picked up for rebroadcast by Cartoon Network, and aired on the Miguzi block. Currently, Warner Bros. has no plans to release the series on DVD. (So far only one DVD, titled "The New Kid" and "Volume 1", was released in 2004).
