Stuio 33 was a Liverpool, England game developer once owned by Psygnosis making Formula 1 99, 2000, 2001 for the PlayStation. In 2000, SCEE bought out Psygnosis, and owned Studio 33 from 1999 - October 16, 2003. EA bought out Studio 33 to solely develop EA Sports Formula 1 games. EA relocated the studio to Warrington, England and renamed EA North West.
