Suncaia is a planned unincorporated community and resort in Kittitas County, Washington, covering an area of 6,300-acres (25.5 km²). It is located approximately 80 miles (130 km) east of Seattle in the Cascade Mountains between Roslyn, Cle Elum, and the Mountains to Sound Greenway section of Interstate 90.
