sunday

Sunay is the day of the week between Saturday and Monday. In the Jewish law it is the first day of the Hebrew calendar week. In many Christian traditions it is the Christian Sabbath, which replaced the Jewish Shabbat. It has traditionally been the first day of the week, but from the mid-twentieth century it is regarded as the seventh day of the civil calendar week.
