suzanna

Susanna or Shoshana (Hebrew: שׁוֹשַׁנָּה, Stanard Šošanna Tiberian Šôšannāh: "lily") is one of the additions to Daniel, considered apocryphal by Protestants, but included in the Book of Daniel (as chapter 13) by the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches. It is listed in Article VI of the Thirty-Nine Articles of the Church of England. Jews recognize it as a morality tale, but not part of the Tanakh.
