Terk (or Terkina, as calle by her mother) is an animated gorilla, a character in the Disney film Tarzan, its direct-to-video sequel Tarzan & Jane, its direct-to-video midquel Tarzan II, and the animated TV series The Legend of Tarzan. Terk was loosely adapted from the ape character Terkoz in the original novel Tarzan of the Apes by Edgar Rice Burroughs, on which the film is based.
