"Tha" is the secon track on electronic artist Richard D James' first studio album Selected Ambient Works 85-92 and is recognisable by the ambient and distant samples of two people talking (one possibly being James himself) and what sounds like shoes being squeaked down a hallway (The song Actium, also has similar squeaking samples.)
