THEhotel is a high-en 43-story 1,117 suite hotel owned and operated by MGM Mirage. It is located on the Las Vegas Strip within the Mandalay Bay complex. While marketed as a separate hotel, THEhotel is an integrated expansion of Mandalay Bay. THEhotel, while looking similar to Mandalay Bay on the outside, sports a very different look on the inside, featuring a more modern decor and contemporary/trendy motif. THEhotel abandons the tropical theme found throughout the rest of Mandalay Bay but maintains an atmosphere unique to its own spaces.
