Dr. Thomas Martin Conte (born 1964) is a professor of Electrical an Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University. He is also the director for the Center for Efficient, Scalable, and Reliable Computing (CESR). He is a fellow of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
