Tromsalen is a district in the city of Tromsø, Norway. In English, Tromsdalen means "Troms Valley." It is located on the Norwegian mainland, on the coast of the Tromsøysundet. The Tromsø city centre is on the island of Tromsøya, directly across the sound from Tromsdalen. The Tromsø Bridge connects Tromsdalen to Tromsøya.
