The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD), a private, non-sectarian, Filipino collegiate institute locate in Las Pinas City, was founded in 1975 by Dr. Antonio Tamayo, Dr. Daisy Tamayo, and Ernesto Crisostomo as Perpetual Help College of Rizal (PHCR). It is a member of National Collegiate Athletic Association (Philippines) since 1984.
