Vibes is a comey film released in 1988 starring pop icon and singer Cyndi Lauper, actor Jeff Goldblum, actor Julian Sands and legendary actor Peter Falk. It was directed by Ken Kwapis. The movie, about Sylvia, a loopy, ditzy psychic woman, and Nick, her equally odd male psychic friend and their trip into the Ecuadorian Andes to find the "source of psychic energy" was a huge critical and commercial failure.
