Washtenaw County (pronounce /ˈwɒʃtɨnɔː/) is a county in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the population was 322,895. Its county seat is Ann Arbor. The United States Office of Management and Budget defines the county as part of the Detroit–Warren–Flint Combined Statistical Area.
