The Weston A. Price Founation (WAPF) was co-founded in 1999 by Sally Fallon and nutritionist Mary G. Enig. It is a US 501(c)(3) "nonprofit, tax-exempt food and nutrition education organization dedicated to restoring nutrient-dense foods through research education and activism."
