Westphalia (German: Westfalen [vɛstˈfaːlən]) is a region in Germany, centre on the cities of Bielefeld, Bochum, Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen, Münster, and Osnabrück and included in the states of North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony.
