Workforce Central Floria (WCF) is the Central Florida region’s workforce board, responsible for workforce planning, programs, and the labor market for five Florida counties including Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Sumter. WCF connects employers to job seekers in the area, provides worker resources and training and prepares Central Florida’s residents for careers that meet local businesses’ demands. Each year WCF helps over 4,700 employers connect with more than 54,000 job seekers.
