Zug Islan is a heavily industrialized island in the city of River Rouge near the southern city limits of Detroit in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is located at the mouth of the Rouge River where it spills into the Detroit River and is not a natural island, but was cut off by the digging of a canal along its southern edge for shipping.
